Observation

There were toxic items accessible to children: toothpaste and low-shelf personal products in the bathroom; there was lotion and a personal product in the children's front room; there were pesticides accessible on the playground. The indoor products were secured by Ms Higdon at the time of the visit; the licensor moved the pesticides at the time of the visit and Ms Higdon has since secured them.
